Our brief was to create two residential dwellings to be occupied as one with the potential to be divided into two separate units in the future, on a site adjoining the beach reserve. The development is conceived as a series of living spaces linked with each other by communal landscaped courtyards and a car manoeuvring area which can be used as an undercover entertaining space.

Three residential unit development comprising a two storey dwelling and two single units independently located on separate floor with individual entry points.

Residential Development on a sloping site comprising two separate blocks of 2 Town Houses each with distinctive design features judicially located on the site within a well integrated communal landscaped and circulation areas to form a harmonious entity.

Two Town Development. Design and colour scheme reflects its coastal location.

Duff Street (planned)

Proposed 3 level residence on the North Shore. The design takes into consideration its location within the streetscape and its relationship to the leafy outlook at the rear of the block. The staircase linking the three levels separates the adult from the children space. The living area is located independently on the top floor to take advantage of the views and sunlight.

120 AD (planned)

Proposed 2 units development at Avoca Beach. The development consists of two large units privately located on separate floors with communal car parking facilities and landscaped areas. The design intent is to maximise outlook to the beach beyond and gain optimum solar access to the living area.
